In addition to guiding our choices of which initiatives and activities to pursue, it includes a set of performance indicators that will measure progress towards our goals. This plan will guide the development of our annual budget, as well as a rolling five-year budget and operations plan that will direct prioritization and implementation of our strategic objectives. It will also form the basis for a review of our activities as we strive to make LaCloche Manitoulin a stronger and more vibrant community, working together for the wellbeing of all of our stakeholders.
As we enter our 33rd year, we look back at our accomplishments with pride, and we look forward to many future opportunities.
LAMBAC has a strong team who actively serve in community and business development for the LaCloche Foothills and Manitoulin Island Region. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate staff member below.
We are committed to assisting you in any way we can.
LAMBAC is run by a volunteer Board of Directors. They represent every region of our catchment area and bring with them experience and interest in either business or community development.
As members of our board, they assist with policy-making and are active in our communities as ambassadors of our programs and priorities. They also sit on our committees, working closely with staff and key stakeholders in decision-making activities.
Community members interested in volunteering on the LAMBAC board are encouraged to contact us.
